Gus's is opening their doors on select Mondays for a special dinner series starting in July.

Choosing wine to accompany a dish is as important as what goes into the dish itself -- it can make or break the experience. Many chefs leave the wine to their sommeliers, but a special few take on the task of hand-selecting their restaurant's bottle list to ensure their ethos carries all the way through to the beverage experience. 

Join us for a unique dinner series featuring CHEF SOMMS - where Chef Chris McDade welcomes friends & fellow chef owners to curate dining experiences of collaborative menus & wine pairings of both restaurants. For the courses each chef creates, the other will pair the wine! 

Six wines, five courses, $125 all in.
